Kat is our Visual Merchandising specialist, collaborating with brands to create exciting shopping experiences for customers.
Passionate about retail, Kat believes that retail spaces can be improved for little or no cost by implementing good VM, repurposing fixtures and training. Experienced in the development of VM strategies, store planning principles, window concept design and training store teams, Kat brings product and marketing stories to life in the shopping environment.
Kat has delivers sessions for the Charity Retail Association and Charity Retail Learning, designing and delivering online and face to face courses on charity retail VM.
She also works with our clients to support them with developing a look and feel for their stores, advising on new shop openings, reviewing merchandising techniques and helping make the very most of their windows and shop floor space.
