Race equality week – show your commitment
Did you know that this week is #RaceEqualtyWeek? As a sector we still have a lot of work to do to make our shops and workspaces more inclusive. The Charity Retail Association has a commitment to dismantling racism in the sector – something every charity retailer and supplier to the sector should familiar with.
Charity Retail Learning also runs an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for Charity Retailers webinar. This is the only EDI course created specifically for our sector and provides a safe space to explore conscious and unconscious bias in ourselves and others, and shares practical, positive ways to challenge non-inclusive behaviour & language.
